| "Noise" is typically seen when pictures are developed with either a fast ISO (over 1000), or pictures that have been "pushed". meaning that they are underexposed to begin with, and then brought up in exposure settings. Noise is all the colored pixels that you see in your photo that is distracting and unappealing like blue, red, green, or yellow hues throughout. This can be easily fixed if the damage is not too great with our "magic" techniques to quell the noise.
It is easier to see the noise if you blow up a picture that has been "pushed".
