Check out this eagle before and after, and you will see how nicely the eye is attracted to the eagle after the blurring has been applied to the background, making this great Bald Eagle stand out as the eagle that he should!

We can do a soft blur (where the background is not as blurred-20%), or, as in this picture, we chose to blur to a 50% with the background. It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Generally, the 20% is adequate. This looks great too with a soft vignette (no charge for the vignette or the difference in blur).
