We take pride and care of each and every photo that is sent to us, and will provide service excellence with each. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work performed on your photo, and the work wanted/needed is in conjunction with what is possible, then, we will fix the problem, or give a comparable service FREE to either another photo, or the photo in question. Rest assured, you will always get your original photo back--untouched.

All we ask is that you please exercise fairness and integrity as we expect nothing less from ourselves. Just send an email with your unhappiness, the photo in question, what it is that is wrong, the date that you requested our services, and as much detail as you can provide in an emal to us on how you would like the problem fixed. We will contact you promptly with a fair resolution to you and to us.

Please remember the integrity, honesty, and hard work that founded this country, and the citizens that give their lives each and everyday to keep this service alive in this great country!
