Blur simply means to blur out the background (or elements of the photo) of existing photos to highlight the photographic elements that are more desirable, thus drawing attention to what is really the main focal point. This photo was cropped, exposure was enhanced to bring out the features, and the blur was applied to the background with a soft black vignette. Looks amazing!
